Well. Same symptom in 623302, same server.
What are the chances that GMANE renumbers articles?
We don't see that in the logs, but only on console (or cron mail) in -v
mode (fetchnews.c near line 818), where fetchnews will ask "switched
upstream servers?" and back up all the way.
