[leafnode-list] two new leafnode snapshots available

Leafnode 2.0.0.alpha20081129a is available from

There is also a new Lua scripting enabled version, courtesy of Clemens
Fischer, dubbed Leafnode 2.0.0.alpha20081129a+luascript, available from
the same location above. It allows for scripting filters and other nifty
tricks. See the packaged README-scripting.txt file for information; for
support inquiries, please use the mailing list. The plan is to merge
this into the mainstream leafnode version, but we'd like to give it some
testing first. It has been working for Clemens for quite a while now, so
it should be reasonable to use.

* The code sometimes uses timeout_client where it should use a server timeout.

20081229a: Changes since 20081120a:
- - Documentation: Improved the rnews(8) manual page.
- - Change: when logging authentication trouble, don't use
  username at servername format but rather server: username "username", to
  make output less irritating. (Related support request by Gianni Piccini.)
