That timestamp is a cool idea for retrying getting the delayed bodies. 
However, I know that, personally, I would like a config param that would allow 
me to say how long fetchnews tries. A default value of 24 or 48 hours would be 
good for somebody like me who runs fetchnews every 2 hours, but for somebody 
who only runs it once a day might want soemthing longer. Default values are 
good but IMNSHO the more configurability the better.
