[leafnode-list] mout about the out.going directory

Hello all,

OK, this tinme while I was watching leafnode v2 with -vvvv, it appeared as if 
the articles in out.going were posted sucessfully. No errors were reported 
afte rthe "Posting..." line. But when I looked in out.going I saw the 
following:

Before leafnode2 ran, none of the files were u+x, now they all are. But if 
they were successfully posted, then why are they still there?
