delaybody mode is a global switch in leafnode-1.

leafnode-2 offers groupdelaybody*.

I just tried Pan 0.14.0 (not current, but the newest I have access to
without major effort) and it doesn't work. I've filed a bug report:

With respect to knode, it works somewhat when you set the cache sizes to 0,
I have looked at KNode 0.7.2.
