Here's mine, you just add all the servers one after another:-

    expire = 20

    server = News.Individual.NET
    username = green
    password = xxxxxxx

    server = news.eternal-september.org
    username = chrisisbd
    password = xxxxxxx

    server = news.annexcafe.com
    only_groups_pcre = annexcafe\.
    username = neerg
    password = xxxxxxx

    server = news.plus.net
    only_groups_pcre = plusnet\.

    server = news.gmane.org
    only_groups_pcre = gmane\.

    timeout_long = 30


Then in /etc/cron.d there's a leafnode file:-

    3,16,33,48 * * * *  news if [ -x /etc/news/leafnode/do-fetch-news ]; then /etc/news/leafnode/do-fetch-news; fi
