+ Bugfix: articles are now created with mode 0660. Reported by Adam Funk.
+ Bugfix: declare script_file/script_file_lua that broke lua-enabled builds.
  Regression in 20090406a.
+ Documentation: fix newsgroups= example to use PCRE rather than wildmat.
+ Bugfix: restore original PCRE filter behaviour, by passing individual headers
  to the killfilter again, as was the case in all non-luascript branches
  releases.
