+ Change: refuse posting to newsd servers to prevent dupes, because 
  newsd replaces Message-IDs. The bug has been known and remained 
  unfixed to the newsd maintainers for years.
+ Feature: The Lua-enabled version has preliminary support for per-group
  user authorization, requested by Eric S. Johansson.
+ Feature: New global option "-l scriptfile" to specify non-default
  script files.
