Tin caches the active file for a while (1200 s = 20 min for my version),
so you won't see the new groups immediately, unless you restart tin
(perhaps the "Y" key helps, too, I haven't tried that).

Assuming no.dirs.needed is an actual Norwegian group. Else it'll be local.
