[leafnode-list] Leafnode 2.0 and local groups..

Folks,

I've been using leafnode 2.0 for a month or two in our small office and 
so far so great.

One thing I'm still unclear about though is how to add local groups. I 
can do this manually by editing groupinfo and creating the directory 
structure for the articles but this seems like a hack partic. when I've 
seen comments to the effect that the groupinfo format is deliberately 
undocumented to deter people from messing with the file.

So.. is there an 'official' way to add local groups to leafnode and 
(running on from this) is it possible to get leafnode not to offer these 
groups or articles to the upstream server(s).
