Greetings,

I have tweaked the FAQ build process (PDF, for A5 paper; and HTML) in
leafnode-2 a bit and put the FAQ online in both formats so it's easier
to find.

A document with same contents but different fonts had already been
shipping with the latest leafnode-2 snapshot tarball.
