Thirded!

But NTL are extremely slow to respond to anything, and seem to place 
newsgroups at the bottom of their priorities.   Their helplines (when I tried 
a year or so ago) didn't even have 'newsgroup' or 'Usenet' on their 
screens...

That said, the rest of their service is rather better than it was a year or 
two ago - and they are relatively cheap....
