No need to repeat that and post it in full; headers suffice.

Complain to their Admin-C at <worden at rhrk.uni-kl.de>,
German Universities usually have functioning abuse desks.

It also appears someone subscribed you to the morphware list, which is
driven by Sympa, another mailing list manager.
The unsubscribe link might actually work as intended.
