[leafnode-list] Max Crosspost setting dosent seem to be working for me

This is bogus, grep crosspost would not list the "action = kill" line.
At any rate, remember to add a

newsgroups = .* 

line before the maxcrosspost.

Try running:

    applyfilter -e blabla

This should be sufficient to check the syntax of your filterfile.

NOTE! A "newsgroups" statement is inherited from the previous filter
rule, so this will not catch all cases.
