Whoops. The LAN suffered /etc/passwd corruption and rejected my login;
and I forgot to retry the upload over picking up the shards (bounced
mail and such) that this condition left behind.

Fixed now, you may need to click reload with the left shift key
depressed in your browser to avoid stale caching proxies.
