+ Robustness: Leafnode programs refuse to start when an unknown or
  unsupported authentication method is configured.
+ Bugfix: Fetchnews will no longer move articles to failed.postings if
  it has been run with the "-S server" switch. (Report by Robert Marshall)
+ Bugfix: Fetchnews will no longer abort when it needs to fetch the
  active file (-f option, timeout_active expired, fresh install) when
  the first server has the "noactive" option set.
+ Portability: ugid_gset.c lacked #include directives that caused
  compile trouble. Fix by Ralf Wildenhues.
