Hi,
I'm just testing leafnode-2.0.0.alpha20040119a. And as always I have
fun with leafnode's configure options :-)
After a quick configure --help I tried:
,----
| ./configure --prefix=/usr/local --enable-spooldir=/mnt/news/leafnode_2004_01/
(is --prefix=/usr/local still necessary or will /usr/local really be
default for everything?)
| === configuration summary: (NONE is ok here and means the default) ===
| prefix: /usr/local
| sysconfdir: /usr/local/etc
| spooldir: /mnt/news/leafnode_2004_01
`----
I'm sure you agree that /usr/local/etc/config may not be your first choice.
Suggestions:
a) default sysconfdir to PREFIX/etc/leafnode/
b) append a leafnode prefix to all configuration files
regards
Thorsten
